MAIN FEATURE: MC-Montan Injekt - Sustainable solutions for unstable ground and structures

Unstable subsoil is a major challenge. It leads to subsidence and cracks in structures and, as a result, to a loss of load-bearing capacity or even rendering them unusable. For such cases MC has developed the highly specialised MC-Montan Injekt product family. Its injections help to compensate for difficult ground conditions and reinforce the subsoil to enhance its load-bearing capacities and to lift structures. It is also an ideal measure when a structure needs to be raised or needs to bear more load.

The Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, India's longest sea bridge at 21.8 km, was built in Mumbai from 2016 to 2023. To protect the bridge from the harmful environmental influences of the sea, the concrete protection coating EmceColor-flex (known as MC-Color outside India) was used. This coating offers high resistance to salts and chlorides and has become the standard for various structures in India.
